LIFE IS ONE BIG ADVENTURE

Well  hello folks I can't believe it's been so long!! So much has happend in such a short time!! I've moved house and extended  it and back packed round Vietnam for 3 weeks but best of all I'm still a dedicated weight watcher and still maintaining my weight and some with over 8st loss. Working for weight watchers helps in many ways. I see losing weight was a journey but maintaing is the challange. There are so many obsticals in your way and you always want to think that you are at your goal and you can always lose that couple of pound you put on but a couple always add up!! So beware!!!!!. I loved my holiday but now I'm back and I'm back to weight watchers and back to tracking. Go luck with any weigh ins this week I lost 3lb this week I want a couple more off so I'm going to keep up the Nordic power walking. Blast from the past

Hi all
I have recently been looking through some old pictures from parties from works do's and Xmas parties and they have been real shockers i can tell you!! I thought i would put a few on to show my journey of weight loss!

This one was a Christmas i was at my biggest and struggled to find a dress that i liked, My friend Shani is a total star.




The chili fest was fantastic but looking back at the pics i think not now!! it is quite scary to see how big i was....

This is one of the pic i had taken when i got to goal, I love this picture, it made me feel great, amazing and fabulous.

This picture was taken in Cyprus, yes i had had a few, hence the podium dancing lol, but it was a fab holiday one of the best holidays so far. we went to a wedding it was fantastic i felt

So people that is my journey so i have lost 75lb with weight watchers and feel bloody fantastic my life has changed in so many ways you would not believe!! I am a much happier and fitter person who loves life and does not fear it anymore.

So if you think you CAN'T do some thing drop the T so you CAN. life is to short to waste it so make the most of it

Busy but interesting week!!

hello there my blog friends, i hope your all keeping well!

Well where do i start except to say SORRY!! I have been so lazy in keeping my blog posts updated.
But on a high note, I have still been keeping active. The zumba classes have been going well and so have the pilates classes. My weight is doing really well i have lost nearly another stone since my last post. we went up to Gizedale forest and did some fab walks round there and my poor little pooch was like this as a result from it!!




Then i had photo shoot done and OH MY did i feel so good, i felt amazing, the dress i had to wear, i admit i was a bit unsure what it would look like, but they say the photographer is always right, and this time i think they were. The photos were taken for a website and for people to buy. Very strange (i think anyway) This is just a couple i had done!!



This week i started a Nordic walking class and after the taster class i became addicted as i found out, it tones up your whole body. So in two weeks i will become a competent Nordic walker and can join and walking group. They do fitness Nordic walking that makes you sweat, My body is going to be in tip top shape for Christmas about 15 weeks off i think!!

Back on track

Well i have to say it has been a while!!, 
I guess i have been a bit lazy on my part not doing my bit, But on the upside i have been good!

Loads has been happening. I have been assisting a friend in her weight loss journey, as well as trying to maintain my own! but it has been fun, I have managed to get out for loads of walks. 
My biggest  challenge was to go to Grizedale forest and do the Cragg walk and on Saturday we did it, i felt over the moon (see the picture on twitter nicolar32) the views were out of this world.We got to the highest point.
I am feeling totally in control of my life now, i am not worried about eating out, I make the right decisions, and can have that glass of wine with a meal, or if i want to save on points i will offer to drive.
It was my sisters 30th birthday on Friday night and the amount of people who thought i had been drinking because i was dancing, my reply to that was " i have just found my confidence again!" 
I found this picture I'm the one on the left, (the chubby one) it was my 30th birthday, i was a size 20. To me i didn't look that bad and it was my best birthday every. I met Gorgon Ramsey and got a kiss, i was well pleased, but then i saw this picture and a few others and they upset me and some thing had to give, before my clothes did!!
So i went from that to....................
THIS :) A size 8 and it feels fab. So people don't give up, I'm at goal now and it has taken me a while since being diagnosed with epilepsy nearly 4 years ago in the last 3 years i have lost nearly 8 stone and if i can stick to the weight watchers pro points and stick to it AND lose then hay it must be worth a shot. What have you got to lose!!

Starting a fresh

Well hello fellow bloggers, this is my first entry of  "the weird and wonderful world of weight loss"!!
OMG i hear you say!! another person trying to give us advice on how to do it. Well no not at all, this is just going to be like my diary to help me maintain my weight.

Yes i was on the large side, and with having Epilepsy, i knew my health was going to suffer if i continued to gain weight, so i decided to join Weight Watchers.

I was never a small child, and had tried many diets but i can honestly say Weight Watchers has been my life line. I have lost 64lb (4st8lb) and feel fantastic and i have met many great people along the way.

Life for me has changed in many ways i can walk further, i love exercising now, i do Zumba and Pilates every week and my eating habits have changed totally. i track everything i eat so i know where I'm up to.
