Well hello fellow bloggers, this is my first entry of "the weird and wonderful world of weight loss"!!
OMG i hear you say!! another person trying to give us advice on how to do it. Well no not at all, this is just going to be like my diary to help me maintain my weight.
Yes i was on the large side, and with having Epilepsy, i knew my health was going to suffer if i continued to gain weight, so i decided to join Weight Watchers.
I was never a small child, and had tried many diets but i can honestly say Weight Watchers has been my life line. I have lost 64lb (4st8lb) and feel fantastic and i have met many great people along the way.
Life for me has changed in many ways i can walk further, i love exercising now, i do Zumba and Pilates every week and my eating habits have changed totally. i track everything i eat so i know where I'm up to.
